Japanese TV is comforting

 

Its been a while since the japanese ip thing I found on github finally works again as at one point it use to buffer a lot and not work at all 
but now that it works again I can finally have japanese tv on in the background once more

Mainly their kids shows on NHK E such as Inai Inai Baa, Mistuketa and Okaasan To Issho

Granted I don't fully understand Japanese and I will admit when trying to learn the lanauge on duolingo it wasn't easy at times especially writing or reading kanji fuck that noise 

but I can sort of tell whats going on through context and emotions and music and stuff 
even if I end up guessing wrong 


NHK E seems to my fave channel the most due to its comforting kid shows and even sesame street characters like elmo, cookie monster and even julia appear in things which I find amazing especially julia! 

This song NHK did with not only Sesame Street characters but a group called Midories as well its a very wonderful song with a message of hope and care and love 


Other things I sometimes watch on Japanese TV use to be this show on TBS called Love it which is one of those random morning tv shows I use to watch at times before work that I use to do 2 years ago 


and also Tokyo MX for its late night animes to sometimes fall asleep too like I'm in Japan in 2016 in the hotel room all over again 


I really wish I could back to Japan again somedays 
I remember someone asking me once if I wanted to live there 
Unfornatenly as much as I would love that due to its better access to anime stuff and art like at comiket and yummy food 
I don't think for someone like me who is autistic and prefer a simple stress free life and maybe only 1 or 2 days at work would be able to live in Japan so its for the best I stay in Australia where its my home and where I belong in Melbourne 

As there are ways I can still enjoy japanese culture at home or through online stuff like zenmarket 


although I would love to visit Japan again one day with my partner that would be lovely 

anyway thats pretty much it for now

I can't be everyone's responsibility anymore

This is more a rambled vent blog which dont worry won't be often but i feel its important 

If there's something I really need to stop doing it's trying to please everyone and make everyone happy and being in the middle of other peoples bullshit it's been an awful habit for most of my life

And its time to stop it 

I can't make everyone happy

And that's a simple fact

Part of the reason ive been isolating myself more is how I keep messing up things in friend groups and social stuff

I know it's human to make mistakes

But im tired

I'm tired of hurting people even when I don't mean too

I'm tired of being exhausted from other people's issues and forgetting about myself

So if I end up really trying hard to stay out of things please understand why 

It's something I really need to learn and get better at taking care of myself first before taking care of others 

Today I felt I really messed up

I should of checked first with someone before adding someone they had issues with back in my server

And it was my honest mistake I need to take responsibility for

At the same time 

It's peoples choices whether they want to be in my spaces or not they dont have too if anyone or anything makes them feel unsafe or uncomfortable 

And i need to learn I can't please everyone or make all my friends happy 

I need to please myself and put myself first for once in my life before others 

I'm sorry to those I unintentionally hurt from that stupid mess and being in the middle of it all 

It's time i keep myself out of things 

Put myself first 

I'm happy to still support and help others when needed

But i really really need to learn to myself first too 

As I keep messing things up and keep getting myself hurt or hurting others when I had no ill intentions 

Today I'm trying really hard to be off social media

Have a nice lunch with my support worker and keep myself calm and relax despite being overwhelmed and crying earlier 

All I ask out of my friends is please don't make me chose sides on certian drama between my friends 

Unless it's something really serious (such as someone being extremely harmful or dangerous to themselves or others) ans if I chose to keep out of things it's for my own mental health and to get out of this awful bad habit of mine 

I'm a foolish idiot who has their heart on their sleeve and sometimes I love helping others and supporting them and doing what I can

But lately and for most of my life

All that's done is cause me to mess up or get hurt 

And it needs to stop 

I need to step back 

This doesn't mean I won't stop helping or caring all together

Just a limited amount 

Anyway 

Time to listen to music on the train as i try to relax and calm down

Some Fave Jellycat plushies at MEEQ Melbourne

 On Sunday I went out with my partner to see Follow That Bird on the big screen at Cinema Nova it was fun to rewatch a classic fun film on the big screen I hope they do a simmlar screening but for Elmo In Grouchland one day
Cinema Nova is one of my fave cinemas for indie films, anime films and other misc stuff 
and I highly suggest it to anyone visiting Melbourne especially on Mondays 

Despise my stomach acting up a bit and feeling tired I still pushed myself to have a fun walk around Melbourne Central with my partner
from enjoying a bit of the rain wishing I had a raincoat and boots to play in 
and the fun part of course was browsing the stores 
and our feature presentation
